Self-Certification Validity
By using SickNoteGenerator.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The self-certification forms generated are valid under UK employment law for sickness absences up to 7 calendar days
- You are making a truthful declaration of your sickness and inability to work during the stated period
- Self-certification is a legal right provided under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992
- Making a false declaration may constitute fraud and could result in disciplinary action or criminal prosecution

The 7-Day Rule
Self-certification forms are only valid for absences lasting up to 7 calendar days:
